AS Media - Joining Together

Given the option to work either individualy or as a pair, Jordan Giles and I decided to team up to produce work with the opinion and teamwork of two minds instead of one. With the two of us working together we can constantly review each others thoughts and ideas about the productions. As a pair we produce much more ideas and thoughts about our films shots, cast, location, soundtrack and company idents.

The problem with the partnership is that one of us may be available while the other isnt, postponing the filming and lessening the time of which to edit the rough cut.
Another possible problem is one that my sister encountered while doing her own media production, which is arguements and frienship breakdowns, this can be disasterous and would greatly differenciate the final product

Target Audience

I think the main audience of our film will be members that fit into the 'Mainstream Plus' catergory as the film wont be a huge budget, speacial effects filled blockbuster, but also wont be foreign or animated.

The person who would come and see the film would be;

Francis, 24, just graduated from Nottingham University studying Law. had a part time job at Topman during his time in University, now looking to enter the buisness as a solicitor.
looking to buy a house in the Nottingham region. He spends his weekends out with around 5-8 colleagues in Nottingham either at the cinema or watching football in the directors box.
He aims to view the less commonly known blockbusters but does go to see the must see's every now and then.
Francis isnt in a relationship but is currently looking for a girlfriend on dating sites.
He is a fair distance from the rest of his family in Weybridge but fancied a change in location so moved to Nottingham on his own, visits his family on a regual occasions and takes his little brother to the cinema to see some childrens movies like 'Shrek' ect.
